Ingredients:
- 3 pcs tofu (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mike and Sky Laing
- 2 sili pansigang (green peppers used in sinigang)
- 2 labuyo (bird’s eye chili)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kalamansi juice
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparing the Tofu:
- Slice the tofu into small cubes.
- Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.
Creating the Sisig Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, kalamansi juice, Mike and Sky Laing, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, water, and oyster sauce.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
Cooking the Laing Tofu Sisig:
- In a pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the sliced green peppers (sili pansigang) and bird’s eye chili (labuyo).
- Pour in the Laing sauce mixture and stir well.
